Shipping Costs & Locations

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States. Shipping fees for premium upgrades are available at checkout.

Shipping Options

To give you full peace of mind, we offer two levels of priority service:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Reliable delivery at no cost to you.
  • Tracked Shipping: Receive a dedicated tracking number to follow your package's journey from our door to yours.
  • Tracked & Expedited Shipping: Includes full tracking plus Priority Departure. While transit times remain the same, your order is moved to the front of the line to be the first to depart our facility.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide, but we do have to charge shipping. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund. If you have questions about delivery to your area, please contact us before placing your order.


Order Processing & Tracking

We move fast so you don't have to wait. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you selected a Tracked or Expedited shipping method, this email will include your tracking ID and a direct link to monitor your package. Please note that tracking details typically take 1–3 business days to update in the carrier's system.

You can also visit our Tracking Page to follow your shipment’s progress in real-time. If you have any questions about your delivery or if your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us at hello@fluxsleep.com.


Delivery Timeline

For orders within the contiguous United States, typical delivery takes 1–5 business days once dispatched.

Please note that while we strive for speed, factors such as seasonal high volumes, severe weather, or other carrier delays are outside of our control. In these instances, delivery may take up to 5 additional business days beyond the standard window.


Customs & International Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Flux Sleep is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier Disruptions: Delays due to carrier strikes, severe weather, or transportation network interruptions.

  • Logistical Transfers: Delays occurring during the transfer of packages between regional sorting facilities or local hubs.

  • Incomplete Information: Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Please note: For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs processing, duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

 

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Because we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, there is a very limited window to make changes once an order is placed.

If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately at hello@fluxsleep.com. While we will do our best to catch it before it leaves our Tulsa facility, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

Please Note: Flux Sleep is not responsible for orders that are lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. In the event of a return-to-sender, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) directly to open an investigation. While we want to ensure your Flux Sleep system arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen once the carrier has confirmed delivery to your provided address.


Refused Deliveries

Please note that refusing a delivery or failing to accept a package from the carrier is considered a violation of our shipping terms. Refused packages do not automatically qualify for a refund. If a package is returned to our Tulsa facility due to refusal, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees incurred.
