At Flux Sleep, we are committed to your rest. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a comprehensive return window and a straightforward process.
Our 100-Day Return Policy
We offer a 100-Day Return Policy for you to inspect the product - check the quality, the size, and how it feels on your mattress. To be eligible for a return and full refund:

Timeline: The return must be initiated within 100 calendar days of your delivery date.

Warranty: If your product is defective or broken, it is covered under our standard warranty. Please contact us immediately for a replacement.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.
Shipping upgrades, including tracked and tracked & insured options, are final and not eligible for refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@fluxsleep.com with the following:

Your Order Number.

A brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Clear photos of the product and packaging to verify its condition.
Please Note: Items sent back to our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility (or any other location) without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping & Requirements
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We require the use of a trackable shipping service. You must provide a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number to our support team once the item has been sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and passes inspection:

Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Posting Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–20 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Because we dispatch orders within 24 hours, cancellation requests are highly time-sensitive. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please email hello@fluxsleep.com immediately with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Flux Sleep system arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement shipment to you at no additional cost.
