At Flux Sleep, we are committed to delivering a superior sleep experience. Every mattress we produce is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This Limited Warranty outlines your coverage and the terms under which we will repair or replace your Flux Sleep product.


Warranty Coverage

All Flux Sleep mattresses are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, Flux Sleep will repair or replace any mattress found to have a qualifying defect in materials or workmanship at no cost to the customer.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers the following defects when they occur under normal use and proper care:

Mattress Topper

Leaks or failures in the internal tubing or fluid circulation system that occur under normal operating conditions

• Physical defects in the topper structure that cause the materials to split, crack, or deteriorate despite proper use

• Manufacturing defects in seams, stitching, or cover material that result in separation or failure

Cooling Unit

Mechanical or electrical failure of the cooling unit that prevents proper temperature regulation

Defective hose connections, fittings, or ports that result in leaking or inability to circulate fluid

Malfunctioning controls, sensors, or displays that prevent accurate temperature adjustment 

Abnormal noise levels resulting from a manufacturing defect in the pump or motor


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of topper materials or reduced cooling efficiency over time

Physical damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, or use of an inadequate or unsupportive mattress or bed frame

Stains, soiling, burns, cuts, tears, or other damage resulting from accidents or neglect

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or secondhand sellers

amage caused by improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture, or use in unsuitable environments

Comfort or temperature preference dissatisfaction, which is subjective and not considered a defect

Damage resulting from power surges, improper voltage, or use with incompatible electrical outlets or adapters

Cosmetic damage to the cooling unit housing that does not affect functionality


How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at hello@fluxsleep.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. The original date of purchase
  3. A detailed description of the defect
  4. Photographs or video clearly showing the issue

Our team will review your claim within 1-3 business days and follow up with next steps. If your claim is approved, Flux Sleep will coordinate the repair or replacement at no additional charge.


General Conditions

• This warranty is valid only for purchases made through fluxsleep.com.

• Flux Sleep reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim, either through photographic evidence or physical inspection.

• A replacement product issued under warranty is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, not an additional 1-year term.
